For symptoms such as fever or coughing, we will guide you to the nearest medical facility. ■ Breakfast Service Measures Disinfectant is available at the restaurant entrance for guests' use. We have enhanced disinfection measures for tableware, handles, and other equipment to ensure safety during breakfast service. ■ Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfection We have strengthened cleaning and disinfection efforts in shared areas (elevator buttons, restroom door handles, faucets, furniture, rental items) as well as in guest rooms (door handles, remote controls, switches, faucets, room keys). ■ Strengthened Room Sanitization Guest rooms are sanitized with methods such as ozone sterilization when necessary to maintain a hygienic environment. ■ Mask Usage and Health Management by Hotel Staff To prioritize health and public hygiene for both guests and staff members of the Hotel wear masks while on duty. Additionally, staff follow strict handwashing protocols along with temperature checks before reporting to work to ensure their health is monitored closely.
