This is a perfect Ryokan with meticulous attention to every detail. The building is beautifully maintained, and the finishes and Facilities feel refined. The Onsen is excellent, and the amenities are well stocked. The meals are delicious, served on beautiful tableware, and satisfy both taste and presentation. Drink prices are reasonable as well. The location is close to Yubatake, making it easy to enjoy a stroll around the area. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.
かつさん・桜・詩 9/7/2026This was our second stay, and the dining, baths, Room, and lounge all offer a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The meals are thoroughly enjoyable in terms of seasoning, presentation, and portion size. For the appetites of guests in their 50s and 80s, it’s almost too much—but it’s so delicious that we end up finishing everything. You can enjoy two different hot spring sources in the Onsen areas, so we’re completely satisfied just staying here. It’s about a leisurely 5-minute walk downhill to Yubatake. It’s an excellent location for street food tasting, footbaths and face baths, and sightseeing around the Kusatsu Onsen town area. We stay at various Accommodations when we travel, but this one is a particular favorite. We also had a fateful reunion with the same attendant for two years in a row—so we look forward to seeing you again next time.

【Our Initiatives】
1. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed at the entrance of the Ryokan, lobby, dining areas, in front of elevators, and other locations throughout the Property.
2. In addition to regular cleaning of the Property and dining areas, we have enhanced the disinfection and sterilization of frequently touched items such as handrails, doorknobs, Room keys, and other equipment. Rooms are prepared after disinfection using an ozone generator.
3. All staff and business partners are required to maintain strict hygiene management in the back areas. This includes temperature checks upon reporting to work, thorough hand washing and sanitization, and a system to monitor and manage health conditions and actions in case of illness.
4. For the safety of our guests and staff, all employees are required to wear masks.
【Requests to Our Guests】
1. At check-in, we kindly ask you to fill out a health questionnaire and undergo a temperature check (temperature checks are optional).
2. Please sanitize your hands upon entering and leaving the Property.
3. We request that you wear a mask in shared spaces.
4. Dinner and breakfast will be served at staggered times to avoid crowding with other guests.
5. When using the restroom, please close the toilet lid before flushing.
6. During check-out, the front desk may become crowded. We kindly ask that only one person from your party approaches the front desk for payment. We also recommend settling your bill in advance if possible.
