Enjoy six free-flowing Onsen baths sourced from two springs in Kusatsu, one of Japan's three famous hot springs.
Kusatsu Onsen Boun is a Ryokan boasting flowing Onsen baths and a rhododendron garden. It features six baths sourced from two hot springs. Enjoy the full experience of Kusatsu Onsen. Rooms with open-air baths using the Nishinokawara spring are also available. Located just a 3-minute walk from Yubatake, the center of the Onsen town. Relax and enjoy the serene time of Onsen indulgence loved by many literary figures.
The entire property was spotlessly clean, which made our stay very comfortable. All the staff were polite and pleasant. Both the first-floor lounge and the third-floor common room had a relaxing atmosphere, so we could unwind not only in our Room but also in other areas. The tasteful floral arrangements that weren’t too showy were also a lovely touch.
れいれいこ 8/5/2026We stayed as a couple for our wedding anniversary. The Room was clean, spacious, well maintained, very quiet, and made for a comfortable stay. It was also close to Yubatake, so we took an after-dinner walk and enjoyed the illuminations. The meals were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes both dinner and breakfast, and we truly felt the heartfelt hospitality. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.
