川堰苑 いすゞRyokan is located on a hill overlooking the town of Yugawara, approximately 2km from Yugawara Station, about a 5-minute drive, and features 29 guest rooms. Our recommendation is the seasonal Kaiseki cuisine, prepared with seasonal ingredients. Recently, we have made every effort to accommodate the needs of elderly guests, those with allergies, and international visitors, even when traditional ryokan meals may not suffice, thanks to the thoughtful care of our hostess.

    Everything—from the cuisine and the Onsen to the private dining room prepared for our meals—was wonderful, and we were able to truly relax from the bottom of our hearts. The food in particular was exceptional; each dish reflected careful craftsmanship, leaving us deeply satisfied.Above all, the Onsen was truly outstanding, and we enjoyed it three times during our stay. The water felt wonderfully gentle on the skin, bringing a soothing warmth that seemed to melt away tension from deep within. We were able to fully savor the blessings of Yugawara’s hot springs. The comforting afterglow lingered long after bathing—it was a genuinely healing experience.Thanks to you, this became a very memorable stay. We would love to visit again.

  • It was a spacious and relaxing Accommodation.

    Basically, one staff member took care of everything—from preparing the Room (laying out and putting away the futon) to greeting us at the dining venue and serving our meals—so we were able to stay very comfortably. As for the baths, with two switches between men’s and women’s baths, we could enjoy both, and they were very pleasant. The meal service was well-timed, the food was delicious, and we enjoyed a variety of ingredients.

【By Car】
From Tomei Expressway, take the Atsugi IC exit. Proceed to Odawara-Atsugi Road and continue to the end at Ishibashi IC. From there, follow Route 135 to Yugawara.

【By Train】
Take the JR Tokaido Line and get off at "Yugawara Station." A taxi ride from the station takes approximately 10 minutes.
If using a local bus from "Yugawara Station," board either the "Fudotaki" or "Oku-Yugawara" line and get off at the 7th stop, "Risokyo."
It is a 2-3 minute walk from the bus stop to our facility; however, as there is an incline, we recommend taking a taxi for elderly guests.
