    Following last year, we stayed again over the New Year holidays. With traditional New Year decorations and osechi at breakfast, we were able to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Kanazawa, and once again had a very satisfying stay. This year there was also snow on the ground, making the view of Kanazawa from our high-floor room even more memorable.We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything this time as well.

  • If you’re visiting Kanazawa, this Hotel is the perfect place to start.

    I think the view of Kanazawa from this Hotel is wonderful. The panorama from the lobby in particular is breathtaking. The view from the Room is also very enjoyable, as there is nothing around to block it. That alone made me want to stay again.In the lobby, soft drinks and teas are available free of charge. Being able to relax while enjoying the scenery makes it even more pleasant. At times, I saw some guests bringing in food and even alcohol and having a party there. Since the staff did not say anything, I assume it is allowed; however, I had thought it was a place to spend time quietly, so that point left me slightly unsure.Breakfast was excellent as well—especially the curry and mapo tofu. I was happy they were offered again just like last time. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, which I appreciated. If I could ask for one thing, it would be a brief guide explaining the local dishes. There was an item where sashimi was sandwiched between pieces of kelp, but there was no information about its name or how to eat it. Since it was my first time seeing it, I ended up asking staff questions—what kind of fish it was, whether to remove the kelp, whether to add soy sauce, etc.—so a simple explanation would have been helpful.The location is within walking distance of Kanazawa Station and convenient for visiting sightseeing spots as well. The grocery section in the basement was also handy. I would definitely like to stay again.

If you are arriving by plane, take the bus from Komatsu Airport to Kanazawa Station via central Kanazawa (about 45 minutes), get off at Musashigatsuji bus stop, and you will be right there (0-minute walk). It is also a 10-minute walk from JR Kanazawa Station, or about 5 minutes by taxi or bus.
If you are arriving by car, it is about 7 km (15 minutes) from the Kanazawa Nishi Interchange.
