Avoiding crowded, close-contact settings ・Ensure ventilation and thorough alcohol disinfection on the Shuttle Service bus ・Reduce congestion at check-in by using spaces other than the front desk counter ・Promote contactless services as much as possible, such as in-Room dining options and a departure process that does not require stopping by the front desk ・Limit the number of guests in elevators ・Reduce crowding in restaurants by limiting entry and increasing spacing between tables 2. Thorough hygiene management ・Thorough disinfecting cleaning of guest rooms and public areas ・Provide sanitization at the Hotel entrance, restaurant entrance, etc. ・Regular ventilation of Facilities ・Temporarily suspend buffet-style dining; meals will be served as a course or set menu ・Offer in-Room dining menus and takeout menus ・Reduce shared touchpoints and ensure thorough disinfection after use 3. Employee health management ・Wear masks ・Maintain strict daily health management, including temperature checks (for employees and their family members), monitoring physical condition, and frequent handwashing/gargling 4. Promoting programs that support guest wellness ・Various wellness programs ・Development of energizing meal options Requests to Guests ・Please cooperate with health checks such as temperature screening at Reservation or upon arrival, and completing a health check sheet. ・Please wear a mask in public areas within the Hotel. These guidelines will be updated in line with policies announced by the national government and local authorities, while coordinating with regional economic activity.
