[COVID-19 Safety Measures] ■ Health check in advance If you have a fever, cough, or feel unwell, we may ask you to refrain from visiting. ■ Temperature check on arrival We ask all guests to take a temperature check upon arrival. Guests with a fever may be asked not to enter. Thank you for your understanding. ■ Hand sanitizing Please sanitize your hands using the disinfectant provided at the entrance and throughout the property. ■ Wearing a mask For guest safety and public health, please wear a mask whenever possible except while eating. ■ Absence of attendees Only in cases where absence is due to symptoms suspected of COVID-19 infection, food and beverage charges will not be billed even on the day of the event. ■ Check-in / Check-out During procedures, we will guide you with measures in place to avoid crowded conditions and close contact. ■ Preventing contact at payment When making payments or handling cash, we use cash trays and other measures to minimize direct contact. ■ Disinfection within the property We disinfect shared areas that are frequently touched as needed. ■ Disinfection of tables and chairs We disinfect tables, chairs, luggage racks, etc. as needed. ■ Guestroom hygiene During cleaning, we thoroughly disinfect items that guests touch directly and ensure proper ventilation. ■ Maintaining air quality In addition to the building ventilation system, we regularly open windows and other openings to improve ventilation. ■ Table spacing We adjust the number of tables and spacing between them so guests can keep an appropriate distance from others. ■ Distance between guests We limit capacity and take care to prevent guests from sitting too close together at the same table. ■ Health management All staff take their temperature before work. If they have symptoms such as fever or cough, they will stay home. ■ Thorough handwashing and sanitizing Staff wash their hands frequently and sanitize their hands before work and during shifts. ■ Temperature checks & hand sanitizing for all related personnel entering the property We request temperature checks and hand sanitizing from all partners involved in events/plans and everyone entering the property for work purposes. ■ Handling luggage When Hotel staff handle guest luggage for storage or assistance, they will sanitize their hands or wear gloves. *The above measures may be updated or changed in accordance with policies issued by the Japanese government and relevant authorities.*
