This time, I knew my schedule early and made a Reservation using the early-bird discount, so I was able to stay at a very reasonable rate. On top of that, they even upgraded our Room—it was truly wonderful.The all-inclusive plan, the thoughtful touches throughout the property, and fun ideas like making your own parfait for dessert after meals were everywhere, and I found it impressive.If I had to mention a few points: the lounge had become more of a children’s play area and wasn’t very relaxing; although the floors are tatami-mat style, it was a bit hard to walk on and I wished there were slippers; and while the key is cute, I’m used to auto-lock doors so having to lock it manually felt like an extra step. Still, their hospitality was truly outstanding.
I have stayed at several all-inclusive accommodations before, but your Hotel truly impressed me with so many creative ideas. In particular, my grandchildren were thrilled—it was their first time making parfaits after breakfast. I had certain expectations based on Reviews and your website in advance, but it was even better than expected, and our whole family—three generations—had a very satisfying stay. All of the staff were wonderful, and we are especially grateful to the woman from Miyazaki who took care of us at dinner. I’m really glad we chose your Hotel! We will definitely come back again someday! This might be the first time I’ve given five stars across the board (lol).

On the second floor, we have opened a new all-inclusive lounge surrounded by Beppu bamboo crafts, free for all guests to use. Whether you’re traveling solo or with family, enjoy a comfortable, unhurried time to unwind.
Meals
Dinner features three kaiseki course options. For the main hot pot, choose from 12 different condiments to tailor the flavor to your condition and mood. Drinks at dinner are also all-inclusive and available free of charge.
Onsen
A sodium bicarbonate spring, also known as the “beauty skin bath” and “beauty bath.” In the women’s bath only, the indoor bath features a microbubble bath (oxygen bath) with excellent warming effects, as well as a steam sauna expected to provide detox benefits, fatigue recovery, and skin-beautifying effects. In addition, the large public bath’s indoor area has been renovated into an Onsen with tatami flooring, offering a pleasantly soft feel underfoot when barefoot, so you can enjoy the Onsen even more. *The men’s bath includes an open-air bath and an indoor bath.
