  • All the staff were truly wonderful. Everyone—from the front desk and restaurant to the shop and housekeeping—had such warm smiles and excellent communication skills. There was no shortage of food and drinks, and for anyone who loves sake, it’s probably heaven. I can’t drink alcohol, so it was a shame I couldn’t enjoy it, but I do wish there had been a wider selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Everything was spotless, and we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you so much—we will definitely be back.

  • This was my first time staying one night at this detached Accommodation. The front desk, Onsen, lounge, dining area, and gift shop are all in separate buildings, and with the great weather inside the World Heritage site, the mountain views were stunning and made for a wonderful stay. Afternoon tea was available, and the lounge offered unlimited drinks with a great selection of snacks. Above all, every staff member was attentive and welcoming with a smile, which made the experience truly relaxing.
