Amid the risks of COVID-19, we are implementing the following enhanced hygiene measures to ensure our guests can stay with peace of mind. 1. Employees Temperature checks and health records are conducted upon arrival at work, and employees showing symptoms such as fever, cough, or fatigue are prohibited from working. Masks and hygiene gloves (for certain staff) are worn by employees. Regular handwashing, sanitizing, gargling, and thorough health management practices are strictly followed. 2. Accommodation Upon arrival, guests will be asked to fill out a health check sheet (including overseas travel history), sanitize their hands, and undergo temperature checks. Frequent disinfection is carried out for card keys, front desk areas, pens used by guests, etc. 3. Shared Areas in the Hotel Hand sanitizers are placed at hotel entrances, the front desk area, elevator halls on each floor, restaurant entrances, and inside restrooms. Disinfection of shared areas (elevator buttons and restroom door handles) is conducted every 30 minutes. The lobby area with the front desk as well as lounge spaces undergo regular ventilation. 4. Rooms Doorknobs; remote controls; telephones; hairdryers; switches; etc., in rooms are thoroughly disinfected during cleaning. Some amenities provided for use in rooms will be handed over at check-in. During room cleaning sessions: windows will be opened for ventilation to maintain hygiene standards. Towels used during cleaning sessions along with gloves worn by housekeeping staff will be replaced per room cleaned accordingly!
