  • The Room was nicely renovated.

    The Room was on the 3rd floor of the annex. I expected a river view, but there was a cedar tree blocking it, which was disappointing. There were no higher floors available at the time of my Reservation. The Room has a shower room, but there were no bath towels.The refrigerator in the alcove is noisy. It might be better placed in the veranda area.I chose to have dinner in the dining venue, and they arranged a private room for us, so we could enjoy our meal in a relaxed setting.There are towels and bath towels available at the large public bath, so it’s nice to be able to go without bringing anything.Next time, I would like to stay on an upper floor of the main building.

  • The staff are friendly and welcoming.

    All the staff were incredibly friendly, and they even saw us off at the end, which made us feel wonderful. At breakfast, we enjoyed local Shinshu flavors such as mushrooms and ended up eating a lot.

About Hygiene Measures
As part of our infectious disease prevention measures, we are strengthening hygiene by placing disinfectant solutions throughout the property. We ensure thorough disinfection of shared areas, and our staff wear masks and gloves during service. Room cleaning includes space disinfection using an ozone generator. Rooms are prepared with spacing between other guests' rooms. We kindly ask guests to check their temperature before going out, which will be confirmed upon arrival. We collect the names of all staying guests. We request your cooperation in frequent hand washing, disinfection, and wearing masks while moving within the property. The sauna is available with a limited number of users. When using shared spaces, please be mindful of the distance from other guests, and use the elevator with a small number of people. By train: From Chuo Main Line Shinonoi Station, take the Shinano Railway to Togura Station, then 7 minutes by taxi.
By car: Take the Chuo Expressway towards Nagano, enter the Nagano Expressway from Okaya JCT, then take Koshoku IC, and about 15 minutes on Route 18 towards Togura Kamiyamada.
