    All the staff were incredibly friendly, and they even saw us off at the end, which made us feel wonderful. At breakfast, we enjoyed local Shinshu flavors such as mushrooms and ended up eating a lot.

    Both the Room and the bath were very clean. The heartfelt hospitality from all the staff was outstanding. The meals did not use expensive ingredients, but every dish made with the chef’s care was truly satisfying. Also, the vending machines inside the building were priced the same as outside, which felt very honest. The Accommodation Fee was reasonable as well, offering excellent value for money.

About Hygiene Measures
As part of our infectious disease prevention measures, we are strengthening hygiene by placing disinfectant solutions throughout the property. We ensure thorough disinfection of shared areas, and our staff wear masks and gloves during service. Room cleaning includes space disinfection using an ozone generator. Rooms are prepared with spacing between other guests' rooms. We kindly ask guests to check their temperature before going out, which will be confirmed upon arrival. We collect the names of all staying guests. We request your cooperation in frequent hand washing, disinfection, and wearing masks while moving within the property. The sauna is available with a limited number of users. When using shared spaces, please be mindful of the distance from other guests, and use the elevator with a small number of people.
