A traditional Ryokan with over 100 years of history, evolving in the Tamana Onsen area. Set on a 2,500-square-meter property surrounded by mountain maples, featuring 12 rooms. Enjoy the fresh greenery of spring, autumn foliage, and the chirping of wild birds from your room. All rooms offer "in-room dining hospitality" and "a semi-open-air Onsen bath with free-flowing hot spring water."
With a free-flowing natural hot spring bath in the Room, in-room dining, and a massage chair, everything can be enjoyed without leaving your Room. This is the best place for a stay-in retreat! We chose the Gourmet Light Meal Plan, and it was just the right amount for us in our 60s. A highly recommended Accommodation.
たかきんボンド 2/15/2026Stayed on December 30th. The Room was spacious with a completely separate bedroom and living room. The bath was perfect with natural flowing hot spring water at the right temperature, leaving the skin smooth. The meals were made with local ingredients and were all delicious. A checkout time of 11:00 AM allows for a more relaxed stay.

Enter the Kyushu Expressway from the Urban Expressway and drive to "Kikusui" IC. Take Prefectural Route 16 towards Tamana for about 8 km.

Take Prefectural Route 36 towards Mashiki-Kumamoto Airport IC for about 8 km, then enter the Kyushu Expressway from "Mashiki-Kumamoto" IC and drive to "Kikusui" IC. Take Prefectural Route 16 towards Tamana for about 8 km.
