【Regarding the Novel Coronavirus】Our Hotel's Measures and Requests to Guests In response to the spread of the novel coronavirus, our Hotel is taking the following measures to prioritize the health and safety of our guests and staff. We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding. ■ Measures Taken by Our Hotel ■ - To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, our staff may wear masks. - Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed throughout the Property as part of our infection prevention measures. - Guests are requested to fill out a health check sheet upon check-in. - We are thoroughly monitoring the health of our staff and instructing them not to come to work if they feel unwell. ※ While the above measures are being implemented by our Hotel, we also kindly request the following cooperation from our guests to prevent the spread of infection. ■ Before Visiting the Property ■ If you are feeling unwell, please make a careful decision based on the following guidelines: 1) If you have symptoms similar to a cold. 2) If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or if the fever persists for several days. 3) If you experience fatigue (malaise) or difficulty breathing (shortness of breath). ※ Even if you are feeling well, we ask elderly guests, those with underlying health conditions (such as diabetes, heart failure, or respiratory diseases), pregnant guests, and those accompanying young children to carefully consider their visit based on information from relevant authorities. ■ Regarding Cough Etiquette ■ - If you have a mask, please wear it correctly, ensuring it covers both your mouth and nose. If you do not have a mask, the following cough etiquette is recommended: ○ Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue. ○ If a tissue is not available, use your sleeve or the inside of your clothing to cover your mouth and nose. ■ Measures Within the Hotel ■ - Hand sanitizers are placed at the entrances of the Hotel, restaurants, restrooms, and other locations. Please cooperate by sanitizing your hands upon entering the Property or restaurants. Additionally, we encourage frequent handwashing and gargling. - We have enhanced our cleaning protocols within the Property, including restrooms. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
