    Due to work, I needed to park a truck about the length of a microbus. They allowed me to park in the space behind the Hotel. Before arriving, I called near the Hotel and they kindly gave me directions and waited for me at the entrance. Since it was a completely unfamiliar town, their attentive support made me feel at ease. It was a long trip from Niigata Prefecture, so I was relieved. When I asked because I couldn’t figure out how to operate the Room air conditioner, they explained it carefully. The Room is clean. Breakfast was delicious. At an affordable price, it’s a good Hotel where you can feel safe and rest comfortably.

    Heavy snow was expected, so we made a sudden reservation. Although we arrived late, we were warmly welcomed and we appreciate it. As always, the Room was well-prepared, and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.
