This was our fourth stay.The facilities, amenities, and service were all outstanding.The staff are friendly while providing truly first-class service.The Shuttle Service to the beach was prompt and courteous, and they were genuinely kind in the way they spoke to our children.At breakfast at Gusuku, they cleared our dishes many times and kept everything comfortable throughout. Also, although it wasn’t on the buffet menu, when my child asked for ice cream, instead of the typical “Sorry” response you often hear in Japan’s service industry, they handled it flexibly and kindly provided it.When we were taking family selfies on the property, a staff member even came running over from a distance to help us without being asked.There were so many touching moments—everything about their hospitality made us certain we want to stay again.It’s surprising that this is rated one star; it feels like two stars or more.
