  • An impeccable, perfect stay—an inspiring Hotel that deserves five stars in every category.

    From the moment I arrived, I was deeply moved every time by the warm hospitality of being greeted by name. Check-in was extremely smooth, and I always love the guidance to my Room and the kind, welcoming service from the bell staff. My requests made in advance were fully accommodated, and the Room setup and cleaning were flawless down to every detail, allowing me to stay comfortable throughout my visit. I am always grateful to the housekeeping team. The reception staff in the spa area also provided wonderful service, and the concierge team’s prompt and polished support was a great help. In addition, the limited-time Shine Muscat roll cake I had at the pastry shop “Sweets & Deli” was exquisite and became a delicious memory that stayed with me. I also enjoyed my time at the lobby lounge and would definitely like to visit again. Everything was truly perfect—this is a wonderful Hotel that left me completely satisfied from the bottom of my heart. I would confidently recommend it to my loved ones, and I will definitely stay again.

  • A place you’ll want to come back to again and again

    We stayed again this year for my husband’s birthday. We were able to relax in the wonderful lounge and enjoy a luxurious time while taking in the beautiful views of the Imperial Palace Outer Gardens. Even though we hadn’t mentioned it this time, they still celebrated his birthday, which made us very happy. This is a Hotel we love—thoughtful in every detail and one we want to return to again and again.
