  • A Hotel where you can enjoy meals and an Onsen

    All staff members were courteous and attentive. The meals were thoughtfully prepared with enjoyable touches, and we could even have dessert in the lounge after dinner, which was very refreshing. The bath was a spacious unit bath, and since it can be filled with Onsen water, we were able to relax and enjoy the Onsen in our Room. We would like to stay again.

  • Outstanding hospitality!

    Guest 2: They welcomed us right away when we arrived and guided us smoothly to the parking lot—it was great. Guest 1: Exactly. Even though it was before check-in, they still secured a spot for us. Guest 2: The koi pond, the Japanese garden, and the stylish moss-ball decor indoors were lovely, and everything felt very clean and well maintained. Guest 1: The hot-stone sauna with Onsen water was also excellent. They carefully explained how to use it, and it felt great to work up a sweat. Guest 2: The complimentary drinks service was nice too. And the Room was stylish—there was a pot of chilled water, coffee you can grind from beans yourself, plus castella cake and wine. Guest 1: The bath in the Room also had Onsen water—it was spacious, clean, and wonderful. But the shower pressure was a bit weak. Guest 2: Both dinner and breakfast were beautifully decorated for the season and used seasonal ingredients, with thoughtful touches that made everything even more enjoyable—and it all looked luxurious too. Guest 1: It really was delicious. Oh—and the late-night curry was great as well! Guest 2: The staff were wonderful, the lounge services were excellent—we’d love to come again! Guest 1: Definitely. Let’s go again—next time we could even stay two nights.

Take the JR Chuo Main Line toward Kofu/Nagano and get off at Isawa-Onsen Station. 5 minutes by taxi (20 minutes on foot; Shuttle Service available).

Take the Chuo Expressway toward Hachioji/Kofu. From Ichinomiya-Misaka IC, head toward Isawa, turn right at the entrance to Isawa-Onsen Station, and continue onto Onsen Street.

Take the JR Chuo Main Line toward Matsumoto/Nagano, transfer at Shiojiri Station to a train bound for Kofu/Tokyo, then get off at Isawa-Onsen Station (two stops past Kofu Station). 5 minutes by taxi (20 minutes on foot; Shuttle Service available).
