    This was my second stay this year.I was able to relax in the same well-cleaned Room as always.Also, although this is not an issue on the Hotel’s side,it was disappointing that some Southeast Asian guests were noisy when coming in and out of their Rooms.

  • Breakfast Buffet at a Registered Tangible Cultural Property

    I was traveling solo and chose the Ladies’ Healing Plan.It came with a Panasonic facial device, a foot massager, and drinks, which really lifted my mood.The washroom had IGNIS amenities, and the beauty cream in the room was labeled as a complimentary gift. The pajamas were stylish too!I’d checked the breakfast venue in Reviews beforehand, so I was looking forward to it. It’s irresistible for fans of retro architecture. They also let me tour the chapel at the top of the stairs. I was happy that many of the dishes used locally sourced ingredients.It was so relaxing!

The former Dai-Ichi Kangyo Building, a registered tangible cultural property of Japan, was constructed in 1937 and is characterized by its stone-patterned exterior walls and large arched windows. The 1st-floor banquet hall, which serves as the breakfast venue, was once the location of the bank's counters. Its large windows and approximately 11-meter-high ceiling create a spacious and open atmosphere. The decorations on the ceiling beams and columns remain as they were at the time of construction, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship of that era. Additionally, in the hallway leading to the breakfast venue, you can still see a vault door from its banking days. Preserved as part of our Hotel's Facility with modern renovations to its interior design, it was designated as a registered tangible cultural property in 2007. Today, it is widely cherished by many as a banquet hall, wedding venue, and restaurant.
