  • Everything about this accommodation was wonderful.

    We stayed as a treat for our wedding anniversary. The Facility and meals were outstanding, but above all, the staff were exceptional. The person who provided transportation to and from the station was very engaging in conversation. The young man at check-in had the composure of a luxury Hotel professional. Most notably, the young woman serving dinner efficiently managed multiple guests on her own with a smile and impeccable service—truly 1,000 out of 1,000 points. The morning staff's greetings were also incredibly polite. My wife received an esthetic treatment and was deeply grateful for the dedicated care she received. We hope to visit again during the Atami Fireworks Festival next time. Please continue delivering excellent hospitality that brings joy to your guests!

    You may choose your Room from two guest Room categories: Umi-iro Annex (detached villa-style Japanese-Western Room / non-smoking) and the main building, Umi no Hana (1st floor 8.5-tatami Rooms, 2nd floor central 14-tatami Rooms, and corner 20-tatami Rooms). All Rooms feature a private open-air bath and are ocean-facing, offering sweeping panoramic views.

    The highest-elevation villa in Umi-iro Annex requires a longer staircase between the dining building and the guest Room, which some guests who are not used to walking may find slightly inconvenient. Others*Our property is located on a hillside.\ The three detached villas [Umiiro Bettei] are arranged from the bottom up as [Jusanya], [Sakugetsu], and [Yoizuki], and each villa higher up requires an additional 15–20 steps.\ In the main building [Umi no Hana / 2-story], there are about 10 steps from the parking lot to the front desk, and about 10 steps to the second-floor guest rooms.\ *This property is not barrier-free.
About Hygiene Measures
Throughout the property, after ventilation and cleaning, we disinfect and sanitize all areas including shared spaces using disinfectants as needed. Guest rooms are also sterilized with an ozone generator when necessary. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available at the front desk (with an acrylic partition installed) and at the dining area exclusively for annex guests.
