【Initiatives at Our Group Facilities】 ＜Infection Prevention Measures at the Facility＞ ・Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are installed within the Facility. ・Disinfection with hypochlorous acid water is conducted on frequently touched areas such as public spaces, guest rooms, and shared items like writing utensils used by multiple people. ・Thorough disinfection with hypochlorous acid water is carried out during cleaning operations. ・To prevent droplet infection and avoid crowded conditions, the number of seats in the restaurant has been reduced, and the layout has been adjusted. ・As a measure against droplet infection, vinyl curtains or similar barriers have been installed at the front desk and near the restaurant cashier. ・Waiting areas for guests are arranged to ensure sufficient distance between individuals as part of measures to avoid crowded conditions. ＜Infection Prevention Measures for Employees＞ ・Daily health management, including temperature checks, is conducted based on a health management checklist. ・Frequent handwashing and gargling are implemented using a handwashing checklist. ・Alcohol-based sanitizers are installed at employee entrances, restrooms, and other areas for frequent disinfection. ・Employees wear masks and gloves when interacting with guests. ・Employees are required to wear masks upon arrival at work and avoid unnecessary outings to ensure thorough infection prevention. ・Strict adherence to safety guidelines and protocols for responding to customer inquiries is maintained. ＜Requests to Guests Visiting the Facility＞ ・If you are feeling unwell (e.g., fever or cough), we kindly ask you to refrain from visiting the Facility. ・We request that you wear a mask as much as possible when visiting. ・Please use the alcohol-based hand sanitizer provided at the entrance upon arrival. ・If you feel unwell after arriving, please inform our staff. Non-contact thermometers are available at all Facilities. If you wish to have your temperature checked, please let our staff know. ・We kindly ask for payment at your table (table check) whenever possible. ・For cash transactions, we request the use of a cash tray instead of direct hand-to-hand exchange. ・To prevent droplet infection and avoid crowded conditions, the restaurant layout has been adjusted, and entry restrictions may apply.
