A resort where Italian furniture and furnishings harmonize with the sea of Kamakura.

From the moment you step into the lobby of Kamakura Park Hotel, you are transported to a special place where everyday life fades away. Venetian glass, marble, fabric... meticulously crafted interiors by Italian artisans. The genuine comfort that gently embraces the stories of people and the communication of time is what makes it truly authentic. Every Room offers a refreshing view of Sagami Bay. Take your time to stroll through Kamakura, or simply enjoy a holiday soaking in the sea and sky. We await you with a warm and gentle atmosphere, like relaxing at the home of an old friend.

  • This was my first time staying here. The Room was a comfortable size even for three people, and we could see the sea diagonally across from the window. There is a smoking area on each floor. It was a bit hot outside during the day, but while having a smoke and looking at the mountains, we saw a Taiwanese squirrel dart by, black swallowtails fluttering around, and kites flying in the blue summer sky. Since it’s a retro-style Hotel, it gave us a pleasantly nostalgic feeling. My companion tried the set menu of an enzyme bath and foot reflexology massage and said it felt amazing! The enzyme bath was spacious, and the staff were very polite and kind—it seemed to warm up and relax both body and mind. The atmosphere in the Room is calm as well. Amenities like toothbrushes and toilet paper were properly provided. At night, the corridor outside the guest rooms had an Italian-style vibe—I couldn’t help murmuring, “How lovely!” The whole Hotel isn’t flashy, but it’s clean, quiet, spacious, and relaxing. After checkout we all agreed—“That was really nice.” It became a wonderful memory for us. I’d like to stop by again. Thank you for taking care of us.

  • All the staff were incredibly kind and warm. They responded quickly when I wasn’t feeling well, and thanks to that I was able to enjoy my trip without changing any of my plans. My first enzyme bath also helped relieve my fatigue. If it were closer, I’d feel like coming even once a month. The French restaurant was outstanding—the fish and vegetables were fresh and delicious. The wine pairing was perfect, and we enjoyed it very much. For breakfast we chose the Japanese set, and the kenchin-jiru soup—something I hadn’t had in a long time—was excellent. There was a wide variety of dishes, all delicious. The Room was comfortable as well, and we were satisfied with everything—we would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much to all the staff.
