The only disappointment was that they didn’t serve the salt-grilled sweetfish or yamame trout that is almost always offered in this area, which I really missed. Since we had both high-quality kuro-gyu sukiyaki and aka-gyu steak—two beef dishes—I wondered if just one might have been enough… though everything was delicious (haha).Thank you for the relaxing time at this spacious Accommodation; it was very comfortable.

There is a rugged rock open-air bath 'ぎんねずの湯' and two indoor baths made of cut stone and hinoki wood, the stone bath and barrel bath '檜皮（ひわだ）の湯'. This is an Onsen where you can feel the changing seasons amidst greenery or snow.
At this Ryokan, we value the natural flavors of ingredients by using fresh vegetables from our own garden surrounded by mountains, seasonal local wild plants, Aso free-range chicken, and a variety of rich seasonal ingredients to prepare our dishes.
