About Hygiene Measures
[Regarding Measures Against the Novel Coronavirus] Our Ryokan is a small establishment with a total of 4 guest rooms on a property of approximately 1,000 tsubo. We operate with no more than 2 groups of guests per day, ensuring that the premises do not become overcrowded. However, for the time being, we will adjust operations to ensure that the total number of guests, including children, does not exceed 10 per day. (This does not apply to cases of exclusive use of the Ryokan.) 1) Our staff will strictly adhere to daily temperature checks, health management, and hand disinfection (using hand soap and disinfectant alcohol) during work. 2) During the cleaning of guest rooms and the Ryokan, we will use hypochlorous acid water for wiping and disinfecting. Additionally, disinfectant alcohol for hand sanitization is provided in each guest room and at the front desk. 3) The Ryokan is ventilated to avoid sealed spaces, and we make every effort to bring in fresh air from outside. 4) For the time being, to avoid shared use of the baths with other guests, we will assign baths to each guest room. (Take no Hana no Yu or Itazawa no Yu) 5) Meals will be provided individually as usual, or, to reduce contact frequency, we can prepare them collectively. Guests may choose their preference. Please indicate your choice in the comment section when making your Reservation. Meals will be served in private dining rooms. 6) Requests: We kindly ask guests to check their temperature and health condition before visiting. If you are feeling unwell on the day of your visit, we request that you inform us and rest at home without overexerting yourself.
