  • We thoroughly enjoyed the resort atmosphere!

    My friend and I stayed here to enjoy the outlet shopping. The Reviews were excellent, so we chose this Hotel instead of one inside the outlet—and it was absolutely the right decision! The room was spacious and relaxing, with a very comfortable double bed. The amenities were wonderfully well stocked, and we were truly impressed by the large, easy-to-use bathroom. For dinner we chose teppanyaki, which was outstanding. We were more than satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the ingredients, and we thoroughly enjoyed the wine as well. If I could make just one request: after relaxing in the bath and before dinner, it would be even better if there were a place where we could enjoy an aperitif. Both the Facility and service were impeccable, and we had a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much—we would definitely love to stay again next time.

  • It was amazing!

    We stayed in a special Room as three generations during the Obon holidays this year. First of all, we were amazed at how spacious the Room was! The bath was also large, and our 3-year-old daughter was thrilled.Both the sushi kaiseki dinner we had been looking forward to most and the breakfast were truly delicious. We could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace in a private dining room, and the fountain show was beautiful. The service was excellent as well.There isn’t a playroom for children, but our daughter seemed to have lots of fun feeding the koi in the garden, reading picture books in the library, and doing the stamp rally. The adults were also able to enjoy some relaxing time for the first time in a while.We’re already talking about how next time Italian would be nice, teppanyaki would be great too, and kaiseki was wonderful as well.We’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.
