[Our Measures for Guests] - Alcohol-based sanitizer is available throughout the property, and we ask all guests to sanitize their hands. - We ask for your cooperation with a temperature check upon arrival. - Please complete the health checklist. - Acrylic partitions are installed at areas where staff assist guests face-to-face, such as the front desk. - Vehicles used for on-site Shuttle Service are fitted with a partition separating the rear seats. [Our Measures for Employees] - Staff wash their hands using nail brushes. - Staff wear masks while assisting guests. - Staff sanitize their hands with alcohol-based sanitizer. - Staff take and record their temperature daily. [Dining] - Seating is arranged with at least 1 meter between guest groups. - Tableware is washed and sanitized in a dishwasher at temperatures of 80°C or higher. - When plating dishes, we thoroughly disinfect plates with alcohol and require staff to wear gloves. - Shuttle Service to the dining venue is provided by dedicated vehicle; however, if times overlap, you may be asked to wait at the front desk area. [Baths / Shared Facilities] - The number of guests using the baths at one time is limited. - The bar Facility will remain closed until further notice. - Handrails, buttons, and other frequently touched surfaces in shared areas are disinfected regularly and thoroughly. [Other] - Check-in will be completed in your Room for all reservations. - Verbal explanations at check-in will be kept to a minimum; written notices will be placed in your Room instead.
