  • It was wonderful.

    I have stayed here every summer for nearly 10 years, and it is truly a wonderful Hotel. Each time I visit, my satisfaction increases. Everywhere in the Hotel is beautiful and spotless, the hospitality is exceptional, and every dish is a delightful surprise. I would like to stay here in other seasons as well.

  • Blissful moments at the finest Hotel!

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay in August, and everything was outstanding!First, the food: starting with peach soup with lobster on the first day, followed by artistically beautiful and delicate dishes. On the second day as well, from the prosciutto and Shine Muscat appetizer to char, wood-fired lamb… everything was perfect through dessert—we truly enjoyed every bite. The garden is spacious and beautifully maintained, with wonderful views. The open-air rock bath was amazing.The Room was also spacious and spotless, allowing us to relax at our own pace—it was pure bliss. The staff’s greetings were warm and pleasant, and this is an Accommodation we definitely want to return to. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Hakuba Village is known as a treasure trove of hot springs, with six different sources of Onsen. One of them, "Hakuba Mizubasho Onsen," is the private source of our Property. The large communal bath, "Kominka no Yu," is a charming bathhouse relocated from Edo-period traditional houses originally in Niigata and Toyama Prefectures. You can relax while enjoying the majestic view of the Northern Alps. The spring quality is sodium bicarbonate spring (formerly known as bicarbonate spring), which is said to be effective not only for general conditions but also for cuts, burns, and chronic skin diseases. After bathing, your skin will feel smooth, and it is also known as "Bijin no Yu" (Beauty Bath) for its beautifying effects. Additionally, we offer private Onsen exclusively for our guests, featuring unique baths such as a Japanese-style bath and Thermae Romae, as well as a Goemon bath with a rare and distinctive design, loved by families and couples alike.

    Information on the Hakuba Village Accommodation Tax

    Starting June 1, 2026, an Accommodation Tax will be implemented in accordance with Hakuba Village regulations.
    Therefore, the Accommodation Tax and Hot Spring Tax will need to be settled separately at the local reception desk.

    The Accommodation Tax is calculated based on the no meals included, pre-tax accommodation fee.
    At our hotel, reservations are made based on plan fees. The no meals included fee is determined by deducting meal charges (breakfast and dinner) from the plan fee, and this amount is used to calculate the tax.

The open-air bath in your Room is not an Onsen. It uses groundwater from Hakuba Village pumped from a well on the property, and it meets drinking-water standards. Enjoy a different water quality from the Onsen in the large public bath. The open-air bath in the Junior Suite Room is unavailable during winter (from late November to early April) to prevent freezing. The open-air baths in the Executive Suite, Executive Suite Concept, Family Suite, and Family Suite Concept are available year-round (with outdoor floor heating).
