* Privacy film will be applied to the windows of the large public Onsen bath and private baths.
As privacy cannot be ensured, the ocean-facing open-air bath in the large public bath will be closed all day throughout the construction period.
Please note that views will not be available from the large public Onsen bath or private baths.

* Work is generally suspended on weekends and public holidays; however, work may proceed depending on weather or scheduling conditions.

Please note the following during the exterior wall construction period:

2. Vibrations and construction noise may occur.
3. Odors may occur when paint is used.
4. In other areas of the property as well, you may see construction-related items such as waste material storage areas and protective coverings.
