This was my second visit.All the staff were very pleasant and made my stay truly relaxing.Of course, the private open-air Onsen bath in the Room with free-flowing hot spring water was excellent.The meals were well balanced, perfectly suited to my taste, and absolutely delicious.I will definitely be back.
1961A 8/27/2026We traveled with my elderly mother-in-law, and as on our previous stay, everything—such as preparing chairs—was arranged with extra care, allowing us to spend a very comfortable time. The meals were consistently excellent as well. Since we stay around the same time every year, we would appreciate it if you could consider adding a bit more variety to items such as the hassun. To all the staff, thank you very much for your help and thoughtful attention.

Of our 22 Rooms, 14 feature private open-air baths with free-flowing natural hot spring water (2 Rooms have semi-open-air baths). Each Room offers a distinct ambiance, with comfortable Japanese-style furnishings and spacious layouts for a truly relaxing stay.
Local cuisine and Koshu wine. Refined hospitality with ingredients from our mountain village. We hope to share the spirit of hospitality that lives on in this land. Koshu City, known for its fine wines and fruit, offers a wealth of ingredients unique to the mountain countryside. To help you experience these local flavors firsthand, we have prepared “Mountain Feast,” bringing together food and wine with a focus on simple, honest taste.
Set on a 3,000-tsubo estate with only 22 guest rooms. The Main Building faces a Japanese garden, alongside private detached villas and a new wing featuring spacious terraces. Each offers a relaxing, tranquil retreat embraced by the beauty of the four seasons.

- Alcohol sanitizer is available in guest rooms and dining areas.
- Public spaces within the Facility (lounge, restrooms, etc.) are disinfected with alcohol as appropriate.
- Frequently touched surfaces (doorknobs, handrails, elevator buttons, etc.) are regularly sanitized with alcohol.
■ Staff health management
- All staff wear masks, practice thorough handwashing, and check their temperature before coming to work. If a staff member has a temperature of 37.5°C or higher, they will not be permitted to work.
■ Use of the large public bath
- Access to the large public bath will be limited to control crowding.
