To ensure our guests can stay safely and with peace of mind, our Accommodation is implementing the following measures to help prevent COVID-19 infection.
We apologize for any inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Installation of Sanitizer and Enhanced Cleaning/Disinfection
・Hand sanitizer is available throughout the Accommodation (front lobby, restaurant, etc.). We kindly ask for your cooperation in infection prevention.
・In addition to our regular cleaning, we have strengthened disinfection and sanitizing of shared areas such as around the lobby, handrails, and doorknobs.
Enhanced Guest Room Cleaning
・Along with guest room cleaning, we thoroughly ventilate rooms by opening windows and ensuring good airflow.
Guest Health Management
・To respond promptly if a guest feels unwell, we provide a health check sheet and ask for your understanding in completing it.
・If you develop a fever or feel unwell during your stay, please inform a nearby staff member.
・If you are not feeling well before travel, please refrain from departing and adjust your travel plans accordingly.
Should your condition suddenly change on the day of your stay or similar circumstances arise, please call our Accommodation directly.
Employee Health Management and Mask Wearing
・Employees strictly follow handwashing, gargling, and alcohol disinfection practices, and we have strengthened health management including temperature checks.
