I was originally planning to stay at another Hotel, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to change Hotels at short notice. As a result, I ended up checking in late that night, but the staff were very courteous and made me feel at ease. The view from the Room was wonderful, and I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Sendai next time.
猫又 7/18/2026We had a truly luxurious and wonderful stay.The Room was spacious, clean, and the view was amazing.The amenities were so well stocked we couldn’t possibly use everything.The bathroom was also absolutely lovely.We used three Rooms, and we really appreciated being placed next to each other on the same floor.All of the staff were polite and kind, and they warmly welcomed us back when we returned from going out, which made us very happy.The breakfast buffet had a great variety,and the French dinner while enjoying the night view was breathtaking. The Tohoku ingredients were transformed into outstanding dishes with cooking methods we had never experienced before—everything was truly delicious.The gym area was also clean and easy to use.We would definitely love to stay again next time.
