    Everything was thoughtfully prepared and truly delicious; the foie gras, in particular, was cooked in a way I’d never experienced before and was astonishingly good.The ayu was also expertly prepared and delicious, but I got too full to finish it all the way to the head, which was a shame.Next time, I’d like to come with a bigger appetite and take on the challenge.

  • Creamy Corn Soup

    The corn purée soup served at dinner was delicious! The dessert had a clever idea that made me chuckle, and I could really see the chef’s tireless effort. It was wonderful.Breakfast was completely satisfying every time—I finished everything.
