"Beautiful modern Japanese Hotel" - Hotel Niwa Tokyo. In late March 2022, we reopened after undergoing a large-scale renovation since our opening. The courtyard resonates with the soothing sounds of spring water and waterfalls, surrounded by the healing greenery of trees. On the 15th-floor rooftop garden, a panoramic view of the city unfolds beyond the lush plantings. The lounge terrace, with its water features flowing over rocks and snow-view lanterns, exudes a sense of charm. Relax and enjoy a luxurious moment in this new space of comfort where nature and architecture harmonize to ease both mind and body.

  • A calm and relaxing atmosphere

    Thank you for taking care of us for 3 days and 2 nights! The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and it made for a truly lovely trip. The Room was quiet and clean. The service was also great—when we arrived a little early to leave our luggage, they let us check in right away! It was nice to cool down in the Room for a bit before going out in the heat.This was my lack of research, but I went without bringing anything because I thought I had seen in a Review that skincare amenities were provided. Please bring your own skincare items!

  • A Taste of a Petite Resort Experience

    I was looking for a Hotel to stay the night before an appointment in Ochanomizu, and chose this Hotel that I had been interested in for some time. Although it is located among mixed-use buildings, once inside the Hotel there are touches of greenery throughout, creating a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The Room is not large, but it has a stylish Japanese design, and the desk was convenient. The amenities were sufficient, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. For dinner, I dined at Washoku En. They kindly accommodated my allergies, and it felt as if I were dining at a Ryokan in Hakone’s summer resort area as I enjoyed the view of the garden. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Seismic isolation structure

We prioritize the safety of our guests by installing a large-scale seismic isolation system in the basement. Buildings with "seismic isolation structures" reduce shaking during major earthquakes to about one-fourth to one-fifth of that of regular buildings, protecting the structure, lives, and property. The building sways gently, akin to being on a large ship, without experiencing strong horizontal shocks.
