Our Hotel has three private spring sources (sulfur–sodium–chloride and sulfate springs), known for benefits such as promoting beautiful skin, supporting women’s health, easing rheumatism, and relieving neuralgia.\n\nOur free-flowing natural spring water changes color depending on the outside air and humidity—ranging from clear to clear green, milky white, or olive green—so you can enjoy subtle seasonal variations.\n\nA naturally gushing spring that rises from deep underground is managed around the clock by five dedicated bath attendants.

  • Your First Visit to Naruko Onsen

    I had seen some Reviews saying the meals weren’t that great, but when I actually went...I chose the kaiseki Plan, and it was delicious with generous portions—nothing to complain about!Breakfast was a buffet, with so many things I wanted to eat that I ended up completely full.As for the baths, nothing to complain about!It was an extremely satisfying stay at Naruko Hotel.

    We will be carrying out renovation work on the Aoba Building elevators on the dates below to improve safety and comfort.
    During the construction period, renovations will be performed one elevator at a time. As a result, one elevator will be out of service, and only the remaining elevator will be in operation. Depending on the time of day, there may be congestion and it may take longer to use the elevator.

    What she truly wished to share was not only the taste of the mochi,
    but “the spirit of hospitality that brings a smile to guests first thing in the morning.”
    That is why, to deliver that spirit directly to our guests,
    we—the on-site service staff who meet you every day—
    have inherited her cherished recipe and heartfelt dedication firsthand.
    Gently sweet anko mochi, filled with her attention to detail—from how it is cooked to how it is shaped.
