  • We made wonderful memories with our dog and family!

    We visited on a summer vacation weekend with our 6-month-old large dog (Golden Retriever, male) and our family of four. Nasu Highlands has many dog-friendly Accommodations, and we’re really glad we chose to stay here!The Dog Comfort Cottage was spacious, and any odors were hardly noticeable. Our dog was thrilled with the sofa and the terrace. The path to the bath is a steep slope, but it was convenient that we could enter the Onsen building directly. Thanks to that steep slope, the view from the terrace was exceptional.The dinner and breakfast buffet in particular were delicious, and everyone—from the person serving us to the Hotel staff—was wonderful. Our family was truly impressed. (Thank you so much, Ms. F-sawa!)Since it was peak season, check-in took quite a while, but thanks to our Diamond member benefit of late check-out, check-out went smoothly. Next time we’d like to come at a different time.Even though it was our first trip with our dog, we felt at ease and had a comfortable stay. We’d love to stay again.

  • Laforet Nasu Dog Cottage C Breakfast-Only Plan

    On June 26, 2026, two adults, two children, and one small dog stayed here. Unfortunately it rained, but we enjoyed playing badminton in the gym with the kids, and after exercising we were able to relax in the spacious and clean Room in the dog cottage. Breakfast offered a well-balanced selection—not too many items, yet all high quality—so we could enjoy our meal in a calm atmosphere. We would like to stay again with a similar Plan.
