■Our Measures Against COVID-19 In response to the spread of COVID-19, we are implementing various measures to prevent the spread of infection as outlined below. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. ＜Staff Measures＞ ・Handwashing ・Gargling ・Wearing masks ・Regular temperature checks *We have established an emergency response manual and conduct regular staff training. ＜Room Measures・Disinfection・Ventilation＞ ・Regular disinfection and ventilation of the facility ・Disinfection and ventilation of Rooms before and after use ・Use of disposable Room slippers ・Placement of disinfectant in Rooms ・Disinfection and cleaning of Room amenities ・Regular disinfection and ventilation of shared areas within the facility ＜Bath Measures＞ ・Placement of disinfectant ・Disinfection and cleaning of bath amenities *Each Room is equipped with a private bath. We clean the bath after each guest's use, but if you have any concerns, please feel free to use the disinfectant provided in your Room. ＜Requests to Guests＞ ・Please disinfect your hands upon arrival. ・Please wear a mask outside of your Room. ・Temperature checks will be conducted at check-in. ・We use trays for payment transactions, and we kindly ask for your cooperation. *Meals are served in the restaurant. For parties of two, we take infection prevention measures such as seating you side by side with some distance, rather than face-to-face.
