As expected of Tokyu Harvest Club’s top-tier Hotel.The Room was spacious with high ceilings, fully stocked amenities, and the staff were gentle and attentive.I wasn’t expecting the in-room refrigerator to be free, but I really enjoyed the carefully selected lineup.Above all, I was impressed by the dining.Rather than relying solely on great ingredients, everything was thoughtfully prepared and presented so it could be enjoyed even more beautifully and deliciously. They also accommodated food allergies and preferences as much as possible.I saw other comments saying breakfast was disappointing, but for us both the quantity and quality were more than sufficient. We love vegetables, so we would have been happy with even more—but that’s just personal preference.Considering the price, it’s not a Facility we can visit often, but if we have the chance, we would definitely like to return.Thank you for taking such good care of us.
おみゃーさん 8/9/2026A Plan that lets you enjoy the pool at Koshien. The meals were buffet-style, and dinner was especially delicious with the Tuna Fair. My grandchild played in the pool the whole time and later injured the sole of their foot somewhere, but a staff member disinfected it and treated it for us. Thanks to them, it healed without any pain. Thank you very much. All of the staff were kind and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant.

Set beside the clear stream of the Hayakawa River, with sweeping views of Hakone’s outer rim mountains, Hakone Hisui stands on a vast 3,000-tsubo estate, arranged around a tranquil pond. Its name comes from the kingfisher (kawasemi), a beautiful wild bird known as the “jewel of the mountain stream.” Refreshing waterscapes shaped by ponds and waterfalls, an elegant presence, and refined interiors—here, moments of pure relaxation await.
In the open-air bath, you can fully enjoy a renowned sulfur Onsen (Owakudani Onsen), while the indoor bath features a clear, simple Onsen (Shin-Ubako Onsen). We also offer a private family bath (additional fee) for relaxing personal time, as well as a relaxation spa to soothe both body and mind. After your bath, unwind in our comfortable post-bath lounge or relax at your leisure on our open terrace.
