[Notice] Introduction of Low-Allergen Menu
From July 1, 2025 (Tuesday), the method of providing meals for guests with allergies to the 28 specified ingredients will be changed.
This notice applies to all guests with food allergies, including those who have stayed with us in the past. Please read carefully.
*For guests staying on or after July 1, 2025, we will notify you of changes in allergy accommodations sequentially. If you have any questions, please let us know.

To request a low-allergen menu, please prepare your Reservation Number and apply by phone or email at least two days before your scheduled stay date.

【 For Guests with Allergies to the Specified 28 Ingredients 】
- Our hotel provides low-allergen menus that exclude the specified 28 ingredients.
- For regular menus selected (including children's meals), ingredient labels are not provided due to seasonal menu changes and potential sudden ingredient substitutions based on supply conditions.
- We cannot accommodate requests for changes in cooking methods or substitutions of ingredients for regular menus as it may compromise guest safety.
- If you wish to bring your own food or request dishware rental, please contact each facility directly.
- For breakfast buffets, we display information regarding the specified top eight allergens only.
