    I’ve stayed at various Universal official Hotels, and this one is the best.It’s one of the few places where a family of six can stay in one Room.All the staff are very kind, and the cleanliness is outstanding.The top-floor buffet offers food and service that exceed the price.I’d love to stay here again.

    Very close to the park and convenient for shopping and dining. Both check-in and check-out are smooth. Great value and ideal for families with young children. The nighttime view toward Osaka from the upper floors is also beautiful.

[Important] Notice of Changes to Onsen Operations Due to Maintenance
To ensure guests can use our natural Onsen safely and comfortably, we will be conducting maintenance work on the hot spring source pump as outlined below.

1. Period
- Until the morning session on Monday, August 31: Open as usual (Onsen)
- From the afternoon of Monday, August 31 until check-out on Friday, September 4: Open with heated tap water (non-Onsen)
- From check-in on Friday, September 4: Scheduled to return to normal operations (Onsen)
*Please note that dates and times may change slightly depending on work progress.

2. Details of Operations
Bathing Facilities will be available as usual; however, you will not be able to enjoy the benefits of a natural Onsen during this period.
During the maintenance period, the Hot Spring Tax (150 yen) will not be charged.
