[Notice] - February 2023: All private rooms at “Restaurant BASARA” were refurbished with wall covering (at the private-room entrance, walls, and ceiling) that provides antiviral and air-purifying effects, as well as mold resistance, as part of our infection-prevention measures. - January 2023: All private rooms at “Restaurant BASARA” were upgraded with air conditioners featuring sterilization functions. - April 2021: All guest rooms have been upgraded with air conditioners featuring sterilization functions. With the safety, peace of mind, and health of our guests and staff as our top priority, we are implementing the following measures: - Alcohol hand sanitizer is available in the Reception building and Restaurant building. - Alcohol hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are provided in all guest rooms. - We will continue to ensure thorough cleaning and sufficient ventilation. - We ask guests to complete a health check sheet. - Check-in and check-out (payment) are handled at the Reception building. ~ To avoid crowded settings ~ 1. If the Reception building is crowded at check-in, you may be asked to wait in your car for a short time. 2. At check-out (payment), we ask that you call us via internal line, so we can inform you whether the Reception building is crowded. - All staff wear masks while providing service. - We conduct thorough health checks for staff and instruct anyone feeling unwell not to come to work. We sincerely apologize for asking so much of our guests, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. [About Cancellation Fee Payment] For cancellations due to COVID-19, the Cancellation Fee will be reduced by half from our standard policy. All rooms face the Inohae River and feature an open-air bath supplied by natural Onsen water. (We do not have a large public bath.) - Dinner and breakfast are served in private rooms in the Restaurant building. To accommodate families as well, some private dining rooms can be expanded by removing partitions.
