"Safe and Secure Travel" Information Measures to Prevent COVID-19 Infection ~Efforts to Avoid the Three Cs~ At Japan House Hotel & Resort, we are committed to providing a safe and secure travel experience for our guests by thoroughly implementing "hygiene management" of the Property's Facility, "health management" of guests and employees, and measures to avoid the "Three Cs" for virus infection prevention. To alleviate daily anxiety and stress related to viruses as much as possible, we have concretized measures against the Three Cs from arrival to departure. We will implement the following "safe" and "secure" measures so that you can feel at ease from the time of Reservation. 1. About Measures Against the Three Cs ■ Stays - We will simplify check-in procedures. (Facility information will be provided in writing, and if your address has been obtained at Reservation, only a signature is required.) - Acrylic boards are installed at front counters to prevent droplet infection between guests and staff. Additionally, social distancing markers indicating 2m intervals are set up during check-in and check-out waiting times. ■ Restaurant & Beer Garden - Buffet style service is suspended; meals will be provided with set menus. - We monitor congestion levels and regulate entry accordingly. - Table seating is spaced more than 2m apart. ■ Banquet Hall (General Banquets & Weddings) - Table seating is spaced more than 2m apart with proposals for round table seating styles (MAX 6 people per table). - Meal options include individual serving styles of Japanese, Western, or Chinese cuisine. 2. About Hygiene Management Measures ■ Hygiene Management - At Hotel front desks: alcohol disinfection, temperature checks, confirmation of overseas travel history are conducted. If arriving by Shuttle Service: alcohol disinfection, temperature checks, confirmation of overseas travel history are conducted upon boarding (windows open inside vehicles; masks requested). At restaurant entry: alcohol disinfection; temperature checks; confirmation of overseas travel history conducted. * If fever over 37.5°C is detected: use may be declined based on health department instructions regarding Stays/restaurant/banquet hall usage. Masks requested during stay within Hotel premises.
