About the Location Our Property is located on a hill in the Utsumi area, with a vast site and only 10 rooms, making it a small and intimate accommodation. Due to the characteristics of the national park, there are no houses within 1 kilometer, allowing you to relax in a tranquil environment with a panoramic view of Ise Bay. About Check-in Upon arrival, we usually serve tea and sweets in the lobby and provide a tour of the Property. However, considering social distancing, we currently guide guests directly to their rooms and provide information about the Property through written materials. For any questions or requests, please contact the front desk at extension 9. About Meals Both dinner and breakfast are served in private dining rooms. Each dining area is equipped with windows that can be opened and closed, allowing fresh air to circulate before you are seated. (Depending on the season, the windows may remain open.) Additionally, each room is equipped with a Sharp Plasmacluster air purifier. While we traditionally explain each dish as it is served, to shorten the serving time, we now provide a menu for your reference. About Guest Rooms Before your arrival, we ensure fresh air circulation in the rooms. Depending on the season, the rooms may remain open upon your arrival. Room amenities include a Sharp Plasmacluster air purifier (with a humidifier) and a Cleverin air sanitizer. After check-out, we thoroughly clean the rooms, including disinfection with hypochlorous acid. About the Public Bath for Men and Women As a small Property, the changing rooms and baths are compact Facilities. To avoid crowding, we kindly ask you to use the open-air bath in your guest room whenever possible. About Parking Normally, we provide valet parking services. However, due to current circumstances, we kindly ask for your cooperation in parking directly in front of the entrance. About Cancellation Fees Related to COVID-19 If you need to cancel your stay, please prioritize your health and the state of emergency declared by Aichi Prefecture when making your decision. *Until the end of June, cancellations made by 9:00 PM the night before your stay will be exempt from the Cancellation Fee. After this period, as we begin preparing ingredients, the standard Cancellation Fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
