Izu-Okushimoda, Kannon Onsen - A hidden hot spring with drinkable water and natural free-flowing Onsen ● Regarding the Dining Area - Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed at the entrance of the dining area and other locations. - Tables in the dining area are cleaned with alcohol disinfectant after each use. - Tables are spaced apart to ensure social distancing, and seating is arranged accordingly. * For guests using Pygmalion, meals can also be served in your Room. ● Regarding Guest Rooms - During cleaning, alcohol disinfection is carried out on frequently touched areas such as doorknobs, handrails, sinks, and restrooms. ● Regarding Shared Spaces - Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed at the entrance and front desk of the Property. - During cleaning, alcohol disinfection is carried out on frequently touched areas such as doorknobs, handrails, sinks, restrooms, and elevator buttons. - Alcohol disinfection is carried out inside the Shuttle Service vehicles. - Guests are kindly requested to avoid sharing elevators with others as much as possible. - For guests concerned about using the large public bath, we offer private bath options. - For the health and safety of our guests and public hygiene, our staff wear masks while providing service. ● Regarding Employee Measures - To prioritize the health and safety of our guests, staff will wear masks for the time being. - Staff are required to thoroughly wash hands, gargle, and disinfect their hands. - Daily health checks, including temperature checks, are conducted upon reporting to work. ● Requests to Guests - To ensure a safe experience at our Property, we kindly ask for your cooperation with alcohol disinfection and temperature checks upon arrival. - Guests with a fever or those feeling unwell may be asked to refrain from staying or using the Property. - If you feel unwell, please inform a nearby staff member immediately. We will continue to implement additional measures as the situation evolves. We kindly ask guests to refrain from visiting the Property if you have symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or fatigue.
