  • We had a relaxing stay.

    The Room and washbasin area were spacious and comfortable.The bed was great as well.The Onsen was clean and relaxing, and it helped soothe the fatigue from our trip.These days, many Hotels feel small, but the open-atrium design of this building felt a bit nostalgic and comforting.All the staff were kind, so we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

This Hotel was designed by Kisho Kurokawa, a renowned architect representing Japanese architecture. Its modern exterior and unique spaces captivate the hearts of all who visit. 【Profile of Kisho Kurokawa】 Architect, born in 1934. Major works include the National Museum of Ethnology (Osaka, Japan), Pacific Tower (Paris), Melbourne Central (Australia), Van Gogh Museum (Netherlands), and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (Malaysia), among others. He is one of Japan's leading architects.

Environment
~Consideration for the Environment~

The increase in energy consumption due to the expansion of the new building raised concerns about the increase in carbon dioxide emissions and its impact on the environment. Therefore, in the Facility planning of the new building, we have introduced an LNG13A gas cogeneration system with consideration for environmental aspects. The gas cogeneration system is highly efficient and significantly contributes to the effective use of Earth's resources. Moreover, as it uses clean city gas derived from natural gas as fuel, it does not produce soot or SOx, and it can greatly reduce CO2 emissions, which are said to be a major cause of global warming. Additionally, the distinctive white exterior walls, which cover a vast area, feature photocatalytic technology. Photocatalysts not only prevent dirt on the exterior walls but also have the characteristic of removing harmful substances such as NOx, SOx, and formaldehyde from the air. Hotel Kyocera is equipped with sufficient functionality to contribute to social responsibility by harmonizing with the environment.
