  • I made good use of my time.

    We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed many activities, including tennis, golf, the Onsen, shopping, and walks. The Hotel staff were very attentive, and we were extremely satisfied. Personally, I’m looking forward to our plans for autumn and to seeing how the large-scale renovation of Karuizawa Prince develops in the coming years. Thank you as well for the Shuttle Service within the Hotel despite your busy schedule.

  • I had a relaxing stay.

    It was my first time staying here again in a while.The views from the Room with large glass windows and from the restaurant were wonderful, with vivid scenery of Mt. Asama, Mt. Hanareyama, and the greenery of the golf course.The staff were also very courteous.Thank you very much.
