I stayed at a discounted Room, and although there were a few minor scratches on the door and around the water fixtures, it didn’t bother me at all.Since it was raining, I really appreciated the shoe dryer in the Room—it was extremely helpful.The large public bath was also very clean and very relaxing.
We stayed here the night before going to Disney. We’ve stayed at many Hotels, but the price, atmosphere, Room size, and Facilities were all excellent. The shuttle bus driver was very kind, and the frequent service was extremely convenient. The convenience store in the morning also had a great selection. We plan to make this our regular Accommodation from now on.

"Partner Hotel Shuttle" A complimentary shuttle bus is available from Tokyo Disney Resort® to the Hotel. Travel time is approximately 15 minutes. Enjoy smooth access to both Tokyo Disneyland® and Tokyo DisneySea®. *No Reservation is required. For details such as operating hours, please contact the Hotel staff. *Please note that travel time may vary due to traffic conditions. *In case of unavoidable circumstances where the bus cannot operate, alternative transportation will not be compensated.

Resort area information, including park operating hours and event details, is available within the Hotel.
3. Easy check-in with no luggage hassle. "Baggage Delivery Service (additional fee)."
At the Home Delivery Service Counter on the first floor of the Disney shop "Bon Voyage" near Maihama Station, we deliver your luggage to the Hotel. Service hours: From Bon Voyage opening time to 15:00.

One of the charms of staying at the Hotel is enjoying delicious meals to your heart's content. To make this possible, we offer a buffet-style dining experience where you can freely choose your favorite dishes.
To enhance guest comfort, our Hotel will undergo renovation work during the following period.

*For guests staying from the previous day or on a Multiple Night Stay, elevators and other electrical equipment/furnishings in the Hotel cannot be used during the work period. In addition, staying in your Room during this time is not permitted.
*After the power outage work is completed, we will resume Room access as well as operations of Facilities and shops within the Hotel.
*Please note that restoration and inspection work may take longer than scheduled.
