    After staying here with my husband in July, we came back again so soon! We had a relaxing 2-night, 3-day stay.We stayed in a different Room this time, which felt fresh and new.The living room, Japanese-style room, and bedroom were all truly spacious and spotless—everything was so well maintained.Of course there are some fallen leaves from the trees, but the location is so wonderful that it didn’t bother us at all.My husband had apparently ordered champagne in advance, and it was perfectly chilled and waiting in our Room—we were thrilled!!!There were plenty of towels provided, and they kindly accommodated extra requests as well, so we enjoyed the sauna, pool, jacuzzi, and Onsen over and over again.We’re always grateful for the butler’s thoughtful care—this is truly the No.1 Accommodation for hospitality!We’ll definitely be back!

  • We had a wonderful summer experience.

    A Resort Hotel where you can enjoy a private pool, private sauna, and private Onsen without leaving your Room or seeing anyone—just complete privacy. It felt like Ubud in Bali.Being able to order meals via room service exactly as you like, with no restrictions on the number of portions, was truly appreciated.I can’t believe such a wonderful place was so close!I’d love to visit again.

    As the weather gradually cools, Kamogawa is beginning to feel like autumn. To ensure you can continue to enjoy the private pool comfortably in the coming season, we have started heating a little earlier than usual this year. Please relax and enjoy your time at the villa.

    * Pool heating period: September 16, 2026 – January 11, 2027
    Set to around 28°C from 7:00 to 23:00.
    (Heating start/end dates may vary slightly depending on weather conditions.)
    * Swimwear is required for use of the pool, blower bath, and sauna. Please bring your own.

    Private Log Sauna Debuts in December 2025
    A “Private Log Sauna” will be introduced in all five of our villas, each featuring a private pool, blower bath, and an open-air Onsen bath in the guest room.

    The log cabin sauna is filled with a soothing wood aroma and offers a spacious size comfortable even for two guests. This high-temperature dry sauna lets you work up a deep sweat even in a short time.
    After warming up in the sauna, cool down by using the nearby blower bath as a cold plunge, or refresh yourself in the private pool—then enjoy a peaceful “totonou” moment on a deck chair while feeling the breeze through the pine grove. Savor an adults-only getaway unique to LA SHORO.

    * Log sauna: interior space approx. 2 m × 1.5 m; temperature approx. 90°C
    * Sauna heater: Equipped with Harvia’s latest “Spirit” model—beloved worldwide as an authentic Finnish sauna brand. The heater is fully covered with sauna stones, allowing you to enjoy slow, satisfying löyly by pouring water over them.
    * The blower bath can be used with both cold and hot water—please feel free to use it as you like.
