    The staff’s attentiveness and care throughout the property were excellent. The meals were also outstanding, and we enjoyed them very much. The baths were great, and I used the in-Room bath dozens of times. I was able to relax at ease and unwind from everyday fatigue and stress. It was such an enjoyable stay that I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    We stayed in a Room with a private open-air bath, and the open-air bath while looking out over Lake Suwa was amazing. The Onsen water was pleasantly soft, and we went in many times. The meals were excellent. The extra steak was delicious, but it would have been more than enough even without it. Breakfast was also very satisfying. We’d love to visit again.

About Hygiene Measures
Regarding COVID-19 Prevention Measures 1. All staff will wear masks and gloves while serving guests. 2. Alcohol-based sanitizers are provided in guest rooms and public spaces. 3. The large communal bath will be unavailable from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM and from 12:00 AM to 4:30 AM for ozone sterilization. Additionally, spacing has been arranged for dressing baskets and shower booths. 4. To reduce crowding and close contact in the dining areas, we will make efforts to stagger meal times as much as possible. 5. For dinner service, we will minimize contact with guests by reducing the number of times dishes are served. Additionally, tea service in the lobby and guest rooms will be temporarily suspended. 6. The popular pickles buffet will be replaced with individual servings. 7. Club Kanmuri Tori will be temporarily closed to prevent close contact.
