About Hygiene Measures
At our Property, we are committed to ensuring our guests can stay with peace of mind by implementing space disinfection using ozone, which has been shown to be effective in inactivating viruses, as well as disinfecting the Rooms. We also make efforts to regularly disinfect shared spaces. As COVID-19 is designated as a specified infectious disease, we kindly ask guests suspected of infection to refrain from staying at our Property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Additionally, we have requested all employees and business partners to thoroughly conduct health checks and handwashing. When necessary, our staff may also wear masks and gloves. At our Property, check-in procedures, pre-departure drink services, and payment can be handled in your Room. Furthermore, both dinner and breakfast are served in your Room. Until the complete resolution of the pandemic, we will limit the number of guests and Rooms to prevent the "Three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings). We will continue to ensure a safe and secure stay by maintaining disinfection, inspections, ventilation of Facilities, and health management of all staff.
