As of May 1, 2019, our new Prestige Wing has opened. All rooms feature ocean views and a private open-air Onsen bath. On the 2nd floor, you will find a restaurant serving seasonal ingredients from Boso. On the 7th floor is our long-awaited large communal Onsen bath, and on the 8th floor is a sky lounge. Privacy, comfort, and luxury have reached new heights. With Onsen throughout all Facilities and an even greater focus on fine dining, our continued evolution in both amenities and hospitality will transform us into an even more premium and distinctive adults-only resort.
We stayed here for a 60th-birthday trip with friends from high school. First, we were welcomed with a cart ride from the parking lot to the front desk. The cart climbs a steep slope, and it felt so unique and exciting. The meal was excellent—especially the spiny lobster dishes and the mixed rice. For the mixed rice we couldn’t finish, they kindly made it into rice balls for us, and we enjoyed them in our Room. It happened to be an open day for the cave bar, and we were told it was fine to just take a look, so we made a Reservation. It was a wonderful bar with a great atmosphere. They had prepared hors d’oeuvres as well, but since we had already enjoyed a full dinner and opened a bottle of wine, we only toured it briefly before leaving. Unfortunately it was cloudy, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but the views from the lobby and our Room were open and truly beautiful. We also relaxed comfortably in the bath in our Room. If I have another chance, I would definitely like to stay again. This may have been unusual on the day we stayed, but there were so many young couples that it felt a bit overwhelming. My friend often stays here with her mother in her 80s and hadn’t mentioned that it’s mostly younger guests—so perhaps it was just by chance.
いぶりっち 6/14/2026Right after we arrived, we were surprised to be taken in a self-driving car.The ocean view from the 8th-floor front desk was amazing, and the welcome drinks and other amenities were plentiful.Dinner was delicious as well, with attentive service, stylish dishes, and just the right portions.The Asian staff worked very hard—smart and courteous—and made our trip truly comfortable.Thank you very much.
