An Onsen Ryokan with Convenient Access to Fukiware Falls and Oze
"Senkyou" is located in Oigami Onsen, a hot spring village embraced by magnificent mountains and known for its legendary waters believed to be blessed by the gods. The Property is designed in a traditional Japanese style, harmonizing with the natural beauty of the area, adorned with subtle charm and warmth throughout. The gentle aroma of incense enhances the refined atmosphere, welcoming you to a special moment. The interior decor and the views from the windows quietly convey the joy of travel, while the soothing warmth of the Onsen, cherished by people since ancient times, will surely bring satisfaction to all guests. Additionally, our cuisine, featuring dishes crafted with ingredients from the Tone region, has been highly praised. When visiting Oigami Onsen, we warmly invite you to stop by "Senkyou."
Although it is a rustic Onsen, the Accommodation was calm and relaxing, and we were able to unwind. Thank you for your hospitality.
旅行S 8/11/2026In a quiet Onsen area, the hot spring water was excellent. The Room also had a semi-open-air bath, which was easy to use and very relaxing as well. We were happy with the tea service on arrival, and the meal included freshly made soba by the young proprietress—delicious. Even though we ate our fill, we still finished the small rice balls hand-formed by the proprietress in our Room.

Preserving the essence of nature... We offer dishes that are gentle on the body and full of vitality, utilizing local ingredients and natural products unique to Tone, with meticulous effort and creativity.

We offer 17 traditional Japanese-style Rooms and 3 Rooms with open-air baths to comfortably enjoy the Ōgami Onsen. Each Room is designed to be spacious and relaxing. Enjoy a tranquil moment with your family or loved ones in a serene Room where you can feel nature with all your senses.

It is said that long ago, when the gods of Mount Akagi and Mount Nikko Futara fought, the god of Mount Akagi, wounded in battle, struck an arrow into the ground here, causing hot water to spring forth. The god of Mount Akagi bathed in this water to heal his wounds and drove away the god of Mount Futara. Thus, the place was called "Chasing God," later "Old God," and eventually became known as "Oigami Onsen."
