During our stay at Hanaogi, we loved the pleasant atmosphere throughout the Accommodation, and above all, we were touched by the warm hospitality of every staff member, which allowed us to spend a truly relaxing time. The Onsen was wonderfully soothing—both the open-air bath in our Room and the large public bath helped us unwind completely. The cuisine also captured a strong sense of seasonality, with excellent overall balance in both pacing and course order, bringing out the natural flavors of each ingredient—it was outstanding. To everyone at Hanaogi, thank you for creating such wonderful memories. We would love to visit again.

Everyone at the Ryokan, especially our attendant, was wonderful—kind, attentive, and courteous—so we were able to relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and I also appreciated the careful explanation of each dish. It was memorable to see local Hida/Takayama ingredients and regional cuisine incorporated into the meals, making it a wonderful travel experience.The guest room was spotless and thoughtfully maintained down to the smallest details, with excellent amenities. The open-air bath was outstanding as well, allowing us to spend a slow and luxurious time.I was completely satisfied with everything—hospitality, cuisine, room, and Onsen. You can really feel how much care is put into this Ryokan; it’s a place that made me think, “I definitely want to come back.” Thank you very much.

At Hida-tei Hanaougi, we offer Hida beef sourced from a designated meat supplier. Authentic Hida beef is characterized by its fine marbling evenly distributed without excessive fat, providing a tender and melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Our guest rooms are designed with a "wood" theme, featuring materials like Jindai cedar, Keyaki, and Yoshino cedar. Wood is said to have a natural "swaying" effect, similar to a gentle breeze or sunlight. Enjoy a restful night embraced by the warmth of wood.
